Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a talented SaaS marketer to help us further accelerate Atomic’s growth in Australia/New Zealand and beyond.

We’re growing very fast with an outbound sales oriented go-to-market approach. Now we’re ready to start raising our profile within our target markets by building a smart, effective and efficient growth engine to support our next phase of growth.

This is our first dedicated marketing role, and we’re looking for somebody excited about the opportunity to get aboard early, take the lead and be hands-on to help us build the foundations of our marketing.

We sell enterprise licensed SaaS, with fairly long sales cycles. So much of our growth marketing focus will be in support of building and nurturing our lead pipeline and building awareness within our target categories.

The Atomic product is purchased by marketing and digital product teams. So your understanding and empathy towards the modern marketer and digital team’s challenges will be super relevant for this role.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Own and drive the marketing strategy
  • Tactical planning and delivery management
  • Community building and market engagement
  • Content strategy and production
  • Growth operations, measurement and reporting

Our ideal person would have the following skills and experience:

  • 3-4 years experience with growth-focussed marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Solid planning, coordination and project management experience
  • Experience running, measuring and optimising social, tactical PR, digital paid media, active SEO and SEM
  • Experience and a love for wrangling modern marketing and sales ops tools and platforms
  • Confidence presenting, networking, and building communities
  • Strong writing skills and some experience producing visual and video assets
